Our expanding team seeks detail-oriented Office Clerks to join us at Brown Squirrel, be a crucial part of our success.
Responsibilities include:
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for efficient office management.
Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
Input and update data in the system to maintain accurate records.
Organize and file paperwork to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
Act as a communication liaison between customers, staff, and management.
Facilitate smooth transactions and assist in the completion of sales orders.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
