We Want Another Satisfied Customer
Delivery: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you cannot have someone at your home to receive your merchandise. We will reschedule your delivery for a better day. Due to the extensive labor involved in preparing your delivery [unpacking, inspection, and loading], there will be a $25.00 fee for restocking merchandise with less than 48 hours notice, prior to delivery. In order to give each customer the proper attention they deserve, we cannot estimate delivery times. We will call the morning of delivery for directions, and will provide you with a 2-hour estimated delivery window. Please be home to accept your delivery. Any re-delivery of merchandise will require an additional delivery charge. Our drivers do not accept payments, so please make sure that your order is paid in full 48 hours before delivery. ALL FINANCE PAPERWORK MUST BE COMPLETED AND SIGNED 48 HOURS BEFORE THE DELIVERY DATE.
Will It Fit? Please have your home ready for delivery. There should be safe and reasonable access to your driveway and sidewalk. The delivery path inside your home should be cleared of breakables and the area where your new merchandise will be going should be empty. This will enable us to place your new items as you desire. Unfortunately, our insurance does not cover our delivery people moving furniture that is not part of the current purchase. If your new furniture will not fit through doors, or in the spot you desire, we will return the items to the store, but a delivery charge will still be assessed. There will be an additional delivery charge for any merchandise selected to replace the items that would not fit, if we re-deliver. Please confine your pets. We would not want to accidentally harm them, or have them harm us. _________________________________

Please check with the front office to receive the proper paperwork for your pick-up. Please inspect your furniture carefully at the time of pick-up. Brown Squirrel will assume no liability for damage due to transportation or customer neglect. If there is concealed damage to items picked up, the customer will be responsible for transporting merchandise back to the store within 48 hours. Customers are responsible for loading and tying in their orders. As a service, Brown Squirrel will load and tie in your merchandise at your request. However, we will assume no responsibility for damage to the furniture or your vehicle.
